A LITTLE ABOUT ME...
Hello! My name is Kim. My husband, six year old daughter and I are still new to Bend from Los Angeles. I was trained at Toni & Guy in L.A., an elite Cosmetology School. After graduation, I assisted at Dean Anthony Salon in Belmont Shore, Ca, where I pursued continuing education in their assistant program. After completing the program, I enjoyed working behind the chair at Dean Anthony.
I am passionate about CLEAN beauty. I use only organic, ammonia free color along with well researched, clean haircare lines. I believe what we put on our skin goes directly into our bodies making it extremely important to me that all my clients get the safest beauty products on the market.
Staying current with the trends and techniques through continued education is part of who I am and will continue to be throughout my career. My specialties include: lived-in balayage and foliage. Blended, natural looks are my favorite along with working with the natural texture of your hair to determine which cut will work best for you- from long, beach layers to texturized short cuts and everything in between.
Working with clients to achieve their desired look with professional taste is what I love to do! I hope to give you a luxurious and refreshing experience at Slate Hair and Design, where you leave feeling encouraged and confident in your new look.
